What does the $13 cover?
Eighteen months as a Pillar Business: a place on the University map and website, receipt review and your verified visit total. Your $13 payment also includes student access for you. Use the same account for your business and student activities, with no second signup or extra charge. The opening rate may change after 18 months.
When do I pay?

Which businesses can join?
Restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, rentals, charters, guides and shops across South Padre Island and Port Isabel.
How do students find my business?
Your business is listed on the University map and website, and students choose it when they upload a receipt from their visit.
How are visits verified?
A student uploads a photo of their receipt. You or a university admin confirm it, and it counts toward their degree and your visit total. No QR code is needed.
What if a receipt looks wrong?
You can reject a receipt or dispute a visit total. University admins review the receipt and correct the record where needed.
